DONATION TERMS

All donations are final and are used to achieve goals within the server. None of the donations are used for personal gain. All donations are for server gain only, so no refund is possible. You understand this by supporting to the server and forfeit any paypal dispute. By donating to the server you automatically agree with our donation agreements and all payments are final at the point of purchase. You can not get any refunds for purchases of priority queue and other cosmetic items.

Customer also agrees to if they break any of our TOS and Rules they waiver their right to the product and can no longer use it. This includes but is not limited to banned players. Banned players that have donated to server will not be reimbursed.

Server mods and/or mods used by the server can change unexpectedly and are beyond our control. Update to server mods and/or mods and/or the game may lead to and/or result in re-textured items longer being supported or available.

These terms are agreed upon by the buyer once payment has been made.
